Rule 112
Withholding a maximum of five pay increments or withholding promotions for a maximum of five years or withholding a maximum of five pay increments or reducing a maximum of five salary increments in the current post including seniority of the current post or reducing them to a lower post
: (1) Armed Police in any of the following cases An employee can be punished with suspension of salary increase for a maximum of five years or withholding of promotion for five years:-
(a) If he does not appear within the time limit at the office to which he is transferred,
(b) Failure to perform satisfactorily,
(c) If he is punished under rule 111 twice in the same post,
(d) If Bar-Buzharath is not done,
(e) If he disobeys or fails to execute the orders given by his superiors, (2) In any of the following cases, an armed police officer may be punished by deducting a maximum of five pay increments or deducting him from the original scale including the seniority of the current post or demotion to a lower post. :–
(a) Violation of the Rules of Conduct,
(b) If within five years of his appointment, he gives a false reason for resigning,
(c) In case of non-attendance without reasonable cause without prior approval,
(d) If the advance is not made in time,
(e) In case of not fulfilling the official duties prescribed by the prevailing law,
(f) In case of violation of human rights and acts of sexual violence or domestic violence, if fined by the court.
